Our stay in the Deluxe Twin Room with park view was simply wonderful! The breathtaking view from the top floor was the perfect start to each day. Enjoying the convenience of Lawson's store below, though busy in the evenings, made late-night snacks easy. Definitely recommend choosing this room for amazing vistas!

The room was spacious with a partial view of the sea that made our stay very relaxing. Cleanliness was impressive, especially in the bathroom, and the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere despite being busy.

we loved our stay at tokyo bay tokyu! it’s in a great location for visiting disneyland and disneysea. the free shuttle made it super easy to get to the parks and nearby shopping. having a 24-hour lawsons right there was really convenient. there’s also a hot spring nearby that was a hit with the family!

On the downside, there weren’t many nearby dining options other than Lawson’s, which got repetitive after a few days. The restaurant in the hotel had very limited hours, only open on weekends. I really wished for more dining flexibility during the week. Also, the check-in process felt a bit disorganized. adding extra nights seemed to confuse the staff. These issues aside, I’d definitely consider staying here again because of the great access to Disney and the clean, spacious rooms.
